We aim to process your order as soon as possible and can offer a guideline of within 21 business days for delivery however, delivery time frames for international orders are dependent on your specific country and the individual customs laws of that country.

Express Post/Shipping
**Please be aware that a Tracking ID is not available for express post shipping – you will not be able to track your parcel
If you require your order urgently we can offer Express Post for an additional fee.
We can only Express Post during the following hours:
Monday – Friday 10.00am – 3pm AEST excluding public holidays.
We cannot guarantee next day delivery for Express Post or refund the postage cost to you if Australia Post does not deliver the next day. Please check with Australia Post in regard to Express Post delivery time frames for your specific location.
If you wish to request express post for your parcel please follow the process below:
- Please contact us by phone or email us at soul@blissfulway.com with the subject title: Express Post request and the nature of your order i.e. product and quantity.
- Please ensure that you provide us with your complete address including post code so we can send you an accurate quote for your express delivery. If you are in an office building please ensure that you include your company / business name and the level/ suite number of your address.
